  • Raising funds for North Gate city water connection  (projects will be conducted as budgeting allows)

Long Range:  Help Us Secure the Future of Our Community Parks and Entrances!

TCCCA has a long-term plan to upgrade our parks and entrances by connecting them to city water.  Why is  this important?  Currently, the North Gate entrance relies on the goodwill of two neighboring property  owners for irrigation.  While their cooperation has been wonderful, frequent home sales mean we’re always at  the mercy of new owners.  A city water connection would give us full control, ensuring consistent irrigation  for years to come.

Additionally, this upgrade will solve the problem of rust staining, significantly reducing the time and costs  required to clean and maintain our beautiful walls.

The estimated cost for this project is $15,000.  With your help, we aim to raise $7,000 annually over the next  two years to bring this plan to life.  Every donation makes a difference!

When renewing your annual membership, please consider adding an extra contribution to support this vital  project.  Your generosity will leave a lasting impact on the community we all cherish.  Thank you to everyone who already goes the extra mile with an additional donation.  Together, we always do  great things for TCC!

About TCCCA

What is TCCCA?

Why a Community Association?

Why a Community Association?

TCCCA, fondly referred to as "tecca", is a community association. Unlike an HOA, membership is voluntary.  Our neighborhood falls under the Village of Tequesta's, (VOT) codes and ordinances and are enforced by VOT.

Why a Community Association?

Having a unique neighborhood with private parks, and a boat ramp with dock, calls for care and maintenance.   Areas under our care are the North & South Gate, and Country Club Drive entrances, and other areas within the neighborhood.  Keeping our community maintained and long-term planning is important to all of our home values.
